Chandni in Passau

The food was ok but not a hit. The waiter ignored us for 10 minutes after I asked if it was possible to get another table because it was extremely pulling because the door was open. That was then also possible, but then we just sat there without being served. It was still extremely cold in the restaurant itself. At least it was nicely decorated. I don't have to go again.

The restaurant is tastefully decorated and has a nice ambience - for those who like Indian food, a very good choice - I had a chilli dish, really well seasoned and everything freshly prepared - great! - the wait staff are very friendly and you have to Don't wait too long for your food - the prices are okay, so you can really recommend this Indian restaurant - it makes sense to reserve in advance, as the restaurant is cozy and small and the number of tables is not large - if the weather is nice you can sitting outside, unfortunately a bit close to a busy street

We had reserved an hour in advance, luckily we got a table for two. The naan bread with garlic satisfied our hunger for now, but unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food. During this time we ordered the naan bread twice. It was sooooo delicious! Suddenly we didn't mind that our food came so late. It was fantastic!!! Like going out to dinner in India. (I have already visited India) A taste explosion !!! What is also worth mentioning, the extremely friendly service! If we're back in the area we'll be back!

Impeccably delicious Indian food. One of the two dishes we ordered had "super spicy" on the menu. The "sharpest" thing was that the waitress and also the boss explicitly pointed out this "danger" to us. We have to keep in mind: the hint is entirely justified! We are used to spicy food. The spiciness of the dish was completely OK for us - it was perfectly balanced in terms of spices. But for the average "trained" tongue, the warning is seriously correct. - What else to say: very friendly staff - very good value for money! Next time in Passau: first point of contact for dinner!

The waiters were always nice and polite, the menu was neat and clear. The food is very good could be spicier but everything else is good the basmati rice was also very good.

Delicious food. It could be a little nicer for the eye. The dessert was very nicely arranged and was also delicious (see photo). Service was very friendly, quick and attentive. Definitely reserve a table 😉!

Very tasty food and pleasant surroudings. I would just appreciate if I could choose between naan and rice. Here includes almost every meal rice but naan is extra.

Delicious Indian food! I highly recommend it! The staff was very accommodating. My daughter and I decided to eat outside, but when evening arrived, it became chilly. The server provided a complimentary blanket to us and when a table opened up inside, invited us in.

It used to be my favorite restaurant in Passau, but now I rarely go anymore. The food is excellent as always, but waiting 45-60 minutes after ordering is normal there, and I'm too anxious to wait that long.

Expensive but tasty -- totally worth the money!

Really nice and delicious Indian restaurant. One of the best restaurants in Passau (I could even say "in Germany", but chose not to since I haven't been all the cities in Germany yet) . Fair price, I won't say expensive considering the quality and quantity of the food. Anyone can safely try this one. Food are not really spicy so it is safe place for Germans too. At the same time it is not that blunt either. So you don't feel like "Indian food for Germans" like some other restaurants.
